easy access helpful elevator

The location offered easy access to many shops. There was also an elevator to the fourth floor , which was helpful.

The walls were very thin , and I could hear noises from other rooms.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

strong smell old mattress

the room i had faced an inner patio. i could hear noises from other units and the smell from kitchens was quite strong. i had to keep the windows closed (it was a bit stuffy). the mattress felt quite old. it wasn't the most comfortable experience.

the staff were very helpful and pleasant i appreciate the 24/7 front desk service. rooms were very clean i found daily towel changes thoughtful.

a good stay in a fantastic location

superb location kind staff

the location was really superb. it placed me right in the heart of everything. the staff was genuinely kind and helpful, a real pleasure to interact with. the daily cleaning service was also quite thorough, a lovely touch after a long day. it kept the room consistently fresh and comfortable

i did not find anything of concern.
